Other Frequently Asked Questions...
Q Is Snaptaps a free service?
A Yes, Snaptaps is a completely free service and you can set up as many or as few alerts as you wish at no cost.
Q How do keywords work?
A Just like a search engine. Enter the words (or "quoted phrases") that you are interested in, and we'll do the rest. To make things even easier, we'll even provide useful search tips from time to time to help you narrow or broaden your results.
Q Do I need to register?
A No, you can access all of the offers and content on Snaptaps as a non-registered user. However, to access all of our functionality -and in particular to receive email alerts as new offers arrive - you'll need to register (for free).
Q How do I create email alerts?
A Every time you do a search on Snaptaps, you'll be invited to create an email alert. This means that in the future whenever new products or price reductions are published, you'll be the first to know.
Q How can I change my saved alerts?
A You can remove your alerts at any time by clicking the 'X' icon next to it on the "My wishlist" screen.
Q How often will I get an email alert?
A This depends on the offers we receive from companies. We only ever send out new products, price drops and special offers. Some days there may be many, other days only a few. It also depends on what you've requested, so don't forget to narrow / broaden your searches and price ranges accordingly.
Q How can I manage the number of alerts I receive?
A Try entering different combinations of words to see what you receive. It's free so you can set up as many as you want (and easily delete them at any time).
Q How can I change the details I entered when I first registered?
A You can change your name, email address or password by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner of the screen (when you're logged in!)
Q What is the offer 'popularity' based on?
A The popularity graph is a way of seeing how many times an offer has been viewed. This is based on the number of clicks to view each offer on the partner site. The more times an offer is clicked, the higher the graph.
Q How can I get my brand and products on Snaptaps?
A We are adding new brands and offers every single day. If you are interested in working with snaptaps, please contact us
Q I have a question not covered in the FAQ, what should I do?
