Q Is the service free?
A Yes wine alerts are free to use and set up. You can set up as many or as few alerts as you wish.

Q How do the key words work?
A Similar to a search engine just enter the key words you are intersted in and we do the rest. For example "french red merlot" will give you the same result as "France, red, Merlot". Like a search engine if you want to ensure you get exactly New Zealand wines you should write, "New Zealand".

Q How can I change my interests?
A You can edit your interest at anytime by clicking the orange edit icon next to your alert. You can then change the description of what you are looking for and the price range you are interested.

Q How often will I get an email?
A This depends on what offers we receive from companies, some days there may be many somedays a few. It will also depend on what you have requested. If you have asked for alerts for "red wine" you may get a lof of emails. If you ask for "Delphine de Margon 'Sarabande' Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot" you may only get one.

Q How can I manage the number of alerts I receive?
A Try entering different combinations of words at different price points to see what you receive. It's free and you can set up as many as you want, so feel free to 'play'.

Q How can I stop receiving messages for an alert?
A You can pause an alert at any time by checking the tick box next to the alert you have set up. If you no longer what to receive alert messages for that interest then you can edit or delete it.
